We gladly accept returns and exchanges in line with the following terms and conditions:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Teether Straps & teethers

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our children's dining sets are FDA, RoHA and EU approved products. The children's drinking items are BPA free.

Never leave children unattended with any products.

Inspect and wash before first use.

If there are any signs of wear or breakage ensure you dispose of the product immediately.

You assume the risks and warnings above by purchasing Bainbridge Creations products.

Most sublimation products are washer / dishwasher safe, but like with all hand designed items it is best to use the top rack.

Bainbridge Creations recommends hand wash only for children's plates.

Wash all drinking and food wear items prior to first use.
